One pound bag of 100% Hawaiian macadamia nuts. These nuts are great for cooking. Add them to baked goods or like famous Hawaiian chefs, make mac nut crusted fish or chicken. For storage, you can freeze them for up to one year. No salt, no sugar. unflavored.
If you prefer them roasted, set your oven at 225 degrees and roast for 30 minutes to one hour. Stir frequently while roasting.
Small pieces of shell may be present. Referred to as "Raw" in the industry, these nuts have been roasted for only 15 mins.
