Chocolate chunks and coffee from the Kona Coast come together with crunchy toasted macadamia nuts and macadamia butter to create this new classic. Just a hint of candied ginger adds a bit of spice and chew.
From Tom: "Who doesn't like chocolate chip cookies? Challenged to put a new twist on an old favorite, I decided to add a bit of Kona coffee from the Big Island to create a rich mocha flavor; then a bit of crystallized ginger just, well, because. No coconut in this cookie! I'll save that for a future recipe."
Pairing: A classic cookie deserves a classic tall glass of cold milk, or better yet, a cold glass of coconut milk!
Ingredients: Macadamia Nuts, Macadamia Nut Butter, Chocolate Chips, Coffee, Crystalized Ginger, Unbleached Flour, Sugar, Butter, Eggs, Natural Flavoring, Baking Soda, Baking Powder, Salt.
